14 DAYS TO RETURN GOODS
We perfectly understand that not every product bought remotely can meet your expectations! Remember that you can return or exchange any order within 14 days of purchase. However, keep in mind a few simple rules that will streamline and facilitate the entire process:
1. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You have 14 days (counting from the day you receive the shipment) to request a return or exchange of the goods without giving a reason. Informing us is not necessary, you can send the goods back to us right away. Remember, once you request a return or exchange, you have another 14 days to send back ma merchandise

Remember to attach the form to the shipment, without it we will not know what to do with the goods you send!
4. HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND OF MONEY?
Returns are processed up to 14 days.
5. THE MOST IMPORTANT RETURN RULE - MAKE SURE THAT THE GOODS YOU WISH TO RETURN- HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND WERE NOT WEARING SIGNS OF USE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUSPECTED RULES. RANGE PURCHASES:
We would like to remind and inform you that: as a Consumer, you have the right to return goods purchased online. This is the so-called right of withdrawal. The customer may cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The right to withdraw from an online contract is regulated by the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, which implements EU Directive 2011/83, which explicitly states that:
The goods can be returned only if they have not been used and do not bear any signs of use. This means that the Goods can be unpacked and checked for suitability on the same basis as if the purchase was made in a stationary store. You can't start using the goods.
If the returned merchandise bears traces of use- we will send the merchandise back to the Buyer, WHY IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO RETURN GOODS AFTER 14 DAYS WITH SIGNS OF USE.
We would also like to inform you that the original box is not required, but the goods must be properly secured for return shipment so that they are not damaged in transit-this responsibility for securing the goods for return shipment lies with the buyer!
Dear customer, taking into account the above regulations- make sure that the goods you are returning are NEW AND NEVER BEEN USED! Otherwise, the return will be ineffective and we will send the goods back to you.
